Thanks for your comment over at The Pearl/Ruby.
We actually have a contact that visits Xia's village monthly. I sent the package directly to her.
There are a few services that do a wonderful job of sending care packages. Ladybugs & Love, and Blessed Kids are two that I know of. I have never used them.
Even for Ruby, who was also in Foster Care, I sent directly to her SWI, and they delivered it..
I hope you will have a very quick TA to Caroline!
